The FLEXAFIT® Level 1 Certification cource provides an introductory educational course on fitness fundamentals for figure skaters.
It is the initial step in a progression based approach to training figure skaters from the ground up.
Prospective trainers take the Level 1 course to acquire base skills and knowledge on how to train figure skaters in the fundamental stage using the FLEXAFIT® methodology.
Prerequisites
Two of the following:
- Skating coach
- Personal trainer
- Former skater landing axel and up
